yum, those skinny cow desserts are great! i love the popcorn idea, hadn't thought of that one. a couple of other good salty fix ideas are ranch flavored mini rice cakes (1 ww point per 9 cakes) and crispy asian rice snacks, in the international food aisle at stater bros. 2 ww points for 1/2 cup and they're nice and tiny, so take a long time to eat :)
ReplyDeleteyum! thanks Heidi
ReplyDeleteOMG Heather,
ReplyDeleteI just got home from coldstone and FYI the sinless smoothies are ALL 300 calories and under (EVEN FOR THE BIGGEST SIZE). I got the smallest size of citris sensation (which is dang good) and it seems like a medium size to me. It is only 190 calories. This would be a great treat in the summer when people want to go get ice cream. :) Just wanted to let you know!
Here is the nutrition info for the smoothies...the lifestyle ones are definitely higher.... up to 600. I would stick with to the sinless ones and even if u got the ginormous size its not any more than 300 calories. The small size is between 110 and 240 depending on the type.
