Winters Family Update

It's been a while since I blogged, sorry friends. So what's up with the Winters family? Well I am coming up on my 19 week mark in my pregnancy and all is going well there. Jason and I have been working on some home improvements. His project...the play room

We have to finish the counter top in the bay window, add some curtains and we're done! My husband is very handy.

My project is my garden, I still have a lot to do but I'm making progress.

I need to finish my water fountain, build 2 more garden boxes and finish filling in the open space with bark. My before picture was taken in February 2009, since then it became weeds and was a lot of work to clear out.
So far my garden includes... corn, yellow squash, sweet peas, pumpkin, radish, sunflower, zucchini, cucumber, cantaloupe, watermelon, green beans, 4 different tomatoes, three different bell peppers, 6 different herbs, eggplant, onion, carrot and lettuce. Once I get my other boxes up I plan on adding a few more things, any suggestions?

let's see...what else?

Another project outside of the home that Jason is working on is the recording and mixing of his live worship album. He just finished recording and is in the mixing phase, he even made the album cover last night. It should be ready very soon!

My work project is our children's ministry revamp. We are branding our program and are now calling it Mountain View Children's Church. We've even created a new logo.

Nikki and I are working on branding all the classes we are even working on painting a mural incorporating our new logo and to give each classroom a new look.

Lot's of exciting stuff happening.

Nevaeh and Trinity are growing up way too fast! They are the best of friends and are so excited about their new baby.

Our family is growing, we are blessed with wonderful jobs that we love, we have an incredible family and our friends are amazing. I am so thankful for all of God's blessings.

My Baby Sister

I took my baby sister Amber out for a pre-grad photo shoot. She graduates from Ramona high next month and is starting Paul Mitchell Beauty Academy in August. She is already super talented in the field of hair and make-up, I look forward to being her lifelong guinea pig:) You are so beautiful, determined, strong willed, loving and talented Amber. I am so proud of you baby sister!
